Buying a maintenance contract is probably one of the most important decisions a company can make. It is a critical resource, the reliability and efficiency of the system should be near to 100% as possible. All the equipment Touch Blue markets aims to fulfill this need, but also realise that every business is different.

Overall, Touch Blue offers a range of products and services that will match the needs of the customer’s individual business.

Standard – 16hr Mon to Fri 9 to 5 – The Maintainer will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 16 working hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.

Standard Plus – 8hr Mon to Fri 9 to 5 – The Maintainer will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 8 working hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.

Prompt – 4hr Mon to Fri 9 to 5 – The Maintainer will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 4 working hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.

Prompt Plus – 4hr Mon to Sat 9 to 5 – The Maintainer will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 4 working hours, Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, excluding public and bank holidays.

Total – 24hr 365 Days a Year – The Maintainer will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 4 working hours.

Free Remote Programming - When a system is capable of being programmed remotely and a remote access modem has been installed, we can conduct minor programming changes remotely without charge, thus avoiding additional charges for an engineer's visit. Major changes will incur a charge.
