The following options have been designed based on customer`s feedback and years of experience, however, customized service level agreements can be created as we understand no business is the same.

Standard – Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
Standard Plus – Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
Prompt – Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
Prompt Plus – Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00
Total – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
