Covid-19 poses an unprecedented challenge for everyone in the UK and at Touch Blue, we are proud to be playing our part by looking after the communication systems of vital services including supermarkets, pharmacies, health centres, and major distribution networks. We’ve been working closely with our customers to minimise the impact that the Government’s new restrictions have on the services we provide, however, the safety of our people and of the general public comes first, as we work on the repair and maintenance of connections that support critical national infrastructures and essential public services.

We regularly update our Field Engineers on the latest Government guidelines, to ensure that there is excellent hygiene in the workplace and that working practices do not pose any undue risk to employees or our Customers.

Our office support staff (where remote working is not possible) are all practicing social distancing and appropriate hand-hygiene and all surfaces in our workplaces are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

We will continue to update the guidance as it evolves from both the UK Government and the devolved administrations.
