Products from all the above companies have a product performance warranty programme only when installed by accredited installers such as Touch Blue Limited. Therefore, as installers for these and other manufacturers, Touch Blue Limited is able to extend their full warranties to our clients. However in order to offer the warranty service, strict adherence to approved installation processes and compliance with all relevant legislation is mandatory.
Prior to any such authorisation from the manufacturer to provide the guarantees, formal training programmes have to be implemented and completed by our engineers. These are designed to measure the abilities and performance of our engineering teams to the highest standards of the manufacturer and independent regulatory bodies.
